Garden House Floral operates a floral and plant shop offering fresh flowers, arrangements, plants, and related products for purchase. Our services include online ordering, local pickup, and local delivery (where applicable).

2. Products

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that our product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up-to-date. However, due to the natural variations in flowers and plants, actual products may vary slightly in color, size, and appearance from the images shown. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to change product information at any time without prior notice.
  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. In the event that a specific flower or plant is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value and similar style, ensuring the overall aesthetic and quality of your order. We will endeavor to notify you of significant substitutions where possible.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be added to your order total at checkout.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Order Placement: Orders can be placed directly through our website. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
  • Product Add-Ons: We offer various product add-ons (e.g., specific colors, wrapping options, custom notes). Any information provided through these add-on fields will be used to customize your order according to your specifications.
  • Order Confirmation: Upon successful completion of your order and payment, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address provided during checkout. This email serves as an acknowledgement of your order.
  • Payment: We accept payments via Square Payment Gateway. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount of your order to your selected payment method. Payment processing is handled by Square, and your payment information is subject to Square’s privacy policy and terms of service. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
  • Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to our acceptance, which is indicated by the fulfillment of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product description, or issues with payment.

4. Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery Policy:
    • We offer local delivery within designated delivery zones. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
    • Deliveries will be made to the address specified during checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient will be available to receive the delivery or that a safe and secure location is available for leaving the flowers/plants.
    • We are not responsible for deliveries that cannot be completed due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or unsafe delivery conditions. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.
  • Pickup Policy (WooCommerce Delivery & Pickup Date Time Pro):
    • All “Dance Flower” category products are available for Store Pickup Only. If your order contains any product from the “Dance Flower” category, delivery will not be an option, and your entire order must be picked up from our floral shop.
    • For all other products, you may choose local pickup during checkout.
    • You will select your preferred pickup date and time using our scheduling tool at checkout. Please adhere to your chosen pickup time to ensure the freshness of your order and efficient service.
    • Orders for pickup must be collected from our shop located at: 8 N Ferry St., Grand Haven, Michigan 49417.
  • Scheduled Dates and Times: While we strive to meet all requested delivery and pickup dates and times, these are estimates. Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, traffic, high demand) may cause delays. We will endeavor to notify you of any significant delays.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return policy is as follows:

  • Fresh Flower Arrangements and Cut Flowers:
    • All sales of fresh flower arrangements and cut flowers are final.
    • If you are dissatisfied with the freshness or quality of your fresh flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We may request a photograph of the arrangement. Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.
  • Plants:
    • Plants are delicate and require specific care. We guarantee that plants are healthy upon delivery or pickup.
    • If a plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit.
    • We are not responsible for the health or longevity of plants once they have left our care, as this depends on environmental conditions and proper plant care by the recipient.
  • Non-Perishable Items:
    • Returns or exchanges for non-perishable items (e.g., vases, gifts, ribbons purchased separately) may be accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
    • Refunds for non-perishable items will be processed to the original payment method, excluding any original shipping costs.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

6. User Accounts

  • When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
  • You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
